Weekly Meet-up(KLCC)

today, me and my friends went to parkour jam at KLCC...
that place is always have lots of people...
and to get their attention at that kind of place is very2 easy...
and yeah! pak guards too man...
in that couple of hours kitorg kena halau sebyk 6 kali...
yes!! very annoying man...
well...whatever...dah biasa kena2 halau nih...
owh ya...rm199 for my shoe is worth it man...
very2 grip...precissions, cat leaps, etc...makes me not to think about slippery anymore...so cool rite??
i feel very grateful coz i'm cool when choosing a shoe for myself...
well, actually i did lots of research on the internet to get the information about a good shoe for parkour before buying it...
ok lets continue about the jam..
within that couple of hours, there are guys who want us to do some demo for them...
the first one was the man from nowhere who want to find a talent that can do a flashkick for the Milo Ads cause they want a sepak takraw scene in their comercial...and the second one was a man who always do events with the KBS...even though kitorg kena halau...atleast we got people attention and offers...so x sia2 gi KLCC..wee~ and then, the jam turns out to be funny where we are pretending to be the capoeira guys who train at the grass...whenever the guards came, we did some jengga...and then, the guards blah...really!! its worked man!! but then, a guard who is not cool noticed us that we are doing acrobatics, not capoeira!!! shit!! he blown our cover...but its ok...that time was already dusk...and we are all heading home then...that jam was cool...and i love my new shoe...

New Shoe

bought a pair of new shoe for myself today...
coz my nike shoe already worn-out...
the sole tanggal2...
and from front i can see my toe man...
so cool...
been using it since i was in form 5...
and i'm going to try my new shoe tomorrow...
my new shoe is Reebok Timetrial TR(black)
omg!! i just knew that there is three colour for this model...
white is the coolest man...
neat tho...
shit!!
its ok...its just my parkour shoe..not for jalan-jalan...
well...
this reebok shoe have a good grip...
but lack in cushioning...its ok...i can buy the insole later...
the sole is very grip!! and its the same sole as amir's and ammar's shoe...
bought it for rm199...the early price at the tag was rm239...
but, maybe its an old model...so the price is reduced to rm199...
and yeah! for jalan-jalan, me already have man...its B.U.M Equipment shoe poser style...
me dad bought it at rm99...wee~ and that shoe have a face of chinese opera man...
not so bad la...me give 3.5/5 for that poser shoe...hahaha...

penat beb...bgaikan cuak setiap ari tanpa henti...24/7 bai...
listening dgn speaking aku xtau nk study ape...
reading pun same jgk...
yg bleh study, aku rase grammar je kot...
kalo nk improve language dlm mase beberapa mggu mmg x dpt ar bai...
bhs arab aku pun masih merangkak lg...
nih bru bhse arab level 1...byk bnda aku dah lupe...
kat gombak lak course aku kena blaja smpai level 4...
x ke naik gile aku nati...
hahaha...
lantak la...
kat sini aku dah exempted arab...
watpe nk pening2 kepala pikir pasal bhse arab...
nati nak masuk uia gombak bru aku study skit arab...
wee~
asal aku mengarut sampai masuk subjek arab nih???

I will say that doing some strength training exercises like pullup, chinups, pushups will definitely increase your body's capability to move and explode.
