aku dpt merasakan parkour aku smakin noob...

duk college x dpt nk training parkour...

herm...lg la noob...

since this is our fasting month...

i will do some conditioning, workout and so on in my dorm

so far, im not thinking to improve my tricking...

but for parkour yes...

but i have no proper place to train at my college??

what to do??

and i hope i can make a video of myself and publish it on the youtube at the end of this year...
